1. Green Egg Benedict (225 THB) at Rustic & Blue - The Farm Shop
This restaurant serves stunning and impressively tasty food options and has a few menu pages dedicated to a variety of breakfast options. One of the bestsellers is this Green Egg Benedict (225 THB), which is a poached egg on a croissant, served on arugula, bacon, veggies, roasted sweet potatoes and finished with hollandaise sauce. Visitors have the option to eat breakfast inside where there is air-conditioning, as well as sit at the outside area where you are surrounded by greens. For Chiang Mai standards the dishes at Rustic & Blue - The Farm Shop are a bit high, but you will get high-quality dishes and amazing service in return. In my personal opinion, their Green Egg Benedict can be seen as serving one of the best breakfasts in Chiang Mai. Rustic & Blue - The Farm Shop is located at Nimmana Haeminda Soi 7 and is open from 08:30 - 22:00 daily.

2. Pancakes with Seasonal Fruits (175 THB) at Fern Forest Cafe
Known as the oasis of Chiang Mai, Fern Forest is a beautiful restaurant with excellent outdoor seats surrounded by trees. As written in our previous article, Fern Forest Cafe is excellent for lunch or an afternoon coffee with one of the freshly homemade pies. But the menu also consists of an all-day breakfast section, which offers a few international and local breakfast options. One of our favourite breakfast options is the Pancakes with Seasonal Fruits (175 THB). The signature yoghurt pancakes are served with seasonal fruits, whipped cream and maple syrup. Absolutely delicious. It is good to know that Fern Forest Cafe has outstanding coffee as well. Fern Forest Cafe is located at Singharaj Road and is open from 08:30 - 20:30 daily. 3. SS Benedict (175 THB) at SS1254372 Cafe
This small cafe is located next to an art gallery, and has the same unique vibe as that art gallery, mainly because the food they serve is almost art itself. The beautifully presented and delicious tasting dishes have given the hard-to-pronounce cafe a great reputation. One of the most-ordered breakfast options at SS1254372 Cafe is the SS Benedict (175 THB), which is a stack of toasted whole wheat bread, served with a poached egg, mushrooms, grilled vegetables and finished with a homemade hollandaise sauce. Delicious! The cafe itself is small, however, there are a few extra seats outside. SS1254372 Cafe is located at Soi Nimmana Haeminda 17 and is open from 08:00 - 17:00, except on Monday, when it’s closed. For more information, check out our in-depth review about SS1254372 Cafe.

4. The Mediterranean Bagel (125 THB) at Bagel House Cafe
Looking for a good bagel breakfast in Chiang Mai? Head over to Bagel House Cafe. Here you will find exactly what you’re craving for, as there are seventeen different bagels to choose from. Although Bagel House Cafe serves typical breakfast bagels and even other breakfast options and sets, I would recommend you to order their impressive Mediterranean Bagel (125 THB). This bagel is served with creamy homemade vegan pesto, tomato, leafy greens, avocado and topped with a fried egg and olive oil. If you prefer to have bacon with your egg, go for the Bacon Avocado (120 THB). This bagel is served with scrambled egg, bacon, onion, avocado, lettuce and tomato. Bagel House Cafe is located at Moon Muang Soi 8 and is open daily from 08:15 - 17:00.

Bubbles Live Restaurant is a local restaurant that mainly focuses on organic and healthy food. When dining here, expect to get a plate full of veggies to boost your vitamin levels for a reasonable price. Because of this, Bubbles Live Restaurant is a popular spot.
