25 Degrees is an international restaurant with branches all over the world. The branch in Bangkok is located at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G at Silom Road. 25 Degrees is specialized in burgers and it won the best American burger in Thailand, organized by the American Embassy, several times in a row. With an award like that, they should know how to make a proper burger. In this article, I will discuss what makes these burgers so special.

The first thing you notice when entering 25 Degrees, is that it has an American Dinner style but in a classy way. The restaurant is spacious and the staff is friendly and providing a great service. The menu consists of seven different burgers, with the possibility of crafting your own burger as well. Other options include sandwiches, chicken wings, hot dogs, a variety of salads and plenty of breakfast options. They also serve a variety of wines, craft beer and signature cocktails. But the main attraction here are the burgers, especially when the name of the restaurant represents the exact core temperature between a medium-rare and a well-done burger.

During my visits, I tried three different burgers. The Number One, Two and Three. The burgers are thick and juicy and cooked to perfection. The staff will ask how’d you like your burger. Personally, I love it when the burger is medium-rare. The burgers have a different cuisine style. Burger Number One (330 THB) for example, is an Italian-style burger with gorgonzola. Other toppings include caramelized onion, crescenza, bacon, arugula and finished with a thousand island sauce. Mouth-watering, right?

Burger Number Two (330 THB) is also an Italy-style burger with toppings like roasted tomato, burrata, crispy prosciutto and pesto. All burgers, except Burger Number Five, are served on a sweet bun, which personally I believe is the best choice for a burger. Brioche buns are more dominant in my opinion, but this differents for everybody.

Burger Number Three (330 THB) is a Mexican-style burger, with mezzo secco jack cheese, green chilli, chipotle and avocado. As you can imagine, this burger has a spicy kick in it. Other burgers available at 25 Degrees are Burger Number Four (with tuna fish), Burger Number Five (with ground sirloin), Thai Burger and the Barbecue Burger. It is possible to create your own Veggie Burger and gluten-free buns are available on request.

Overall verdict: 25 Degrees offers one of the tastiest burgers in the city with surprising toppings. Each and every burger I tried was tasty, but my personal favourite was Burger Number One. As the restaurant is open twenty-four seven, you can always at any time enjoy the best American burger in Thailand.
